These Terms of Service govern your use of Haven Wine & Beer Fest's website and any ticket purchase made through it. By using the website or purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase tickets through it.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when this version took effect. Your continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase tickets. Guests must be at least 21 years old and present valid government-issued photo identification to taste, possess, or purchase alcohol. A ticket does not guarantee alcohol service. Festival staff and participating vendors may refuse alcohol service to anyone who cannot provide acceptable identification, appears intoxicated, or may not lawfully be served.

Non-tasting admission may be available to guests under 21 or guests who choose not to drink, subject to the ticket description and event rules. All guests must follow applicable law, posted rules, and reasonable instructions from Festival, venue, security, and vendor personnel. Please drink responsibly and arrange safe transportation.

Ticket descriptions, prices, availability, taxes, and any fees are shown on the website or at checkout and may change before purchase. All amounts are in U.S. dollars. Online payments are processed by Stripe on its hosted checkout service. We do not directly receive or store your full payment-card number.

An order is complete only when payment is accepted and a confirmation is issued. You are responsible for providing accurate purchase information and safeguarding your confirmation. Tickets are a revocable license to attend the specified event, have no cash value, and may not be duplicated, counterfeited, or used for unauthorized commercial promotion or resale.

Any refund, credit, or transfer terms displayed on the ticket page or during checkout at the time of purchase are part of these terms. Except as required by law, refunds, credits, and transfers are available only under the policy presented at purchase. Contact us before purchasing if you have questions about the applicable policy.

The Festival is planned as a rain-or-shine event. We may change the date, hours, location, schedule, performers, participating vendors, tasting offerings, or other event details because of weather, safety concerns, government requirements, operational needs, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If an event is postponed or canceled, we will publish available options through the website, email, or official social channels, subject to applicable law.

Admission is subject to capacity, ticket validation, identification checks, event rules, and any reasonable health or safety screening. Prohibited conduct includes violence or threats, harassment, illegal activity, bringing outside alcohol, serving alcohol to a minor, disorderly or dangerously intoxicated behavior, interference with event operations, and unauthorized commercial activity.

To protect guests and participants, we may deny entry or remove a person who violates these terms or presents a safety risk. To the extent permitted by law, a person removed for misconduct is not entitled to a refund. Service animals are permitted as required by applicable law.

Festivals involve inherent risks, including crowds, weather, uneven surfaces, food and beverage allergies, loud sound, interaction with other guests, and the consumption of alcohol. You are responsible for deciding whether you can safely participate, following safety instructions, supervising minors in your care, and securing your belongings. By attending, you voluntarily assume the ordinary and inherent risks of the event to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms releases any party from liability that cannot lawfully be waived.

The website and its text, design, graphics, logos, photos, and other content are owned by or licensed to the Festival and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for personal, noncommercial purposes. You may not reproduce, scrape, disrupt, reverse engineer, introduce malicious code into, or misuse the website or its content without permission.

Vendor, sponsor, and participant names and marks belong to their respective owners. References to them do not imply an endorsement beyond their described relationship to the event.

The website links to or uses services operated by third parties, including Stripe, Google Maps, social-media platforms, vendors, sponsors, and participants. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party websites, products, services, availability, or content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will always be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Festival and its organizers, personnel, contractors, sponsors, vendors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the website, a ticket purchase, or the event. These exclusions do not apply where prohibited by law. Your statutory rights, including rights under consumer-protection law, are not limited where they cannot lawfully be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that may be brought in court will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction serving Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania, unless applicable law requires otherwise. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
